If you feel at risk, unsafe, or need immediate help, please contact one of the services below.

When to seek additional support

You may benefit from additional or urgent support if you are:

  • Feeling unable to cope or overwhelmed

  • Experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others

  • Feeling unsafe in your environment

  • Noticing a significant decline in your mental health

  • Struggling with substance use or crisis situations

 

Reaching out early can make a significant difference.
